Our sewing progarms are an independent learning experience. Students can only arrive 5 minutes before the start of class. Please speak with the instructor 24 hours before class if you have any questions or concerns about the students ability to participate in a group setting.
Our enriching sewing courses offer a unique opportunity for students to explore their creativity independently. Students can particitpate with confidence and peace of mind, knowing that they are in a kind and pleasant environment. ALL efforts shall be made to be inclusive, yet decisions regarding such are solely at the staffs deiscretion given liablility issues and risk.
Refunds
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds.Your spot is reserved for the class you select upon payment. There are no refunds for missed classes or camps. If TFH cancels a class, wewill issue a refund in the manner in which you paid or yourpayment can be transferred to a future session of your choice.
Studio Safety
Participation in sewing, quilting, and/or crafting is at your own risk and liability. Threaded from Heaven, LLC will not accept liability for any injury or damages that individual(s) may acquire while at Threaded from Heaven, LLC. Any personal belongings which may enter the studio are the responsibility of the individual. Safety protocols will be enforced, a first aid kit is available in the studio. For your safety, we require that students wear closed-toe shoes to all classes.
Events:
For events held by Threaded From Heaven at our studio and at public venues, photos and videos will be taken and used for marketing purposes.
Adult Classes:
We reserve the right to make modifications to course length. For example, if all of the course material has been covered, that would conclude the class.
Kids Classes:

- Inclement Weather Conditions- We follow the Gwinnett County schools' decisions for closures. Announcements of cancellations will be posted on our Facebook page
- Communication - Each parent will receive an invite to Remind. This is an additional way we communicate with parents in addition to emails.
Summer Sewing Camps:
A fun-filled day or enjoy a fun-filled week of sewing camp. No refunds for cancellations unless another student can fill the spot. No proration for days missed. Sewing & Creative Camp Policies
Shipping
If you order sewing kits or supplies, your items will be delivered to you in class.
