A parent/guardian or participant must acknowledge the applicable policies during registration before registration can be completed.

Welcome to Threaded from Heaven Sewing & Crochet Studio!
Our goal is to provide a creative, welcoming, and safe environment where children, teens, and adults can learn, create, and enjoy the art of sewing, crochet, and other creative activities.
These General Studio Policies apply to all students, customers, and participants unless a specific class, program, camp, or event has additional policies.
Students may arrive no more than 5 minutes before their scheduled class or activity.
Please do not arrive early, as instructors and staff may be preparing the studio for the upcoming class.
Sewing, quilting, crochet, and crafting involve the use of equipment and tools that require proper care and attention.
Students and participants are expected to follow all instructor and staff safety instructions.
Closed-toe shoes are required for sewing classes and programs.
Students who are unable to safely follow studio safety procedures may be asked to discontinue participation.
We strive to provide a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students.
Because classes are conducted in a group setting and may involve sewing machines, needles, scissors, irons, and other equipment, Threaded from Heaven reserves the right to determine whether our group learning environment is an appropriate setting for an individual student's needs and safety.
Parents/guardians are encouraged to speak with the studio before enrollment if they have questions about their child's ability to participate successfully in a group setting.
Photos and videos may be taken during Threaded from Heaven classes, programs, camps, events, and activities.
These images may be used for Threaded from Heaven's marketing, social media, website, advertising, and promotional purposes.
Email is an important source of communication from Threaded from Heaven.
Parents/guardians and adult participants are responsible for keeping their email address and other contact information current in their customer account.
Customers who choose to opt in to text messaging may also receive important studio communications by text, including:
Text messaging is an optional communication method.
Threaded from Heaven no longer uses Remind for studio communication.
The Threaded from Heaven Customer Portal allows customers to manage important information related to their account and registrations.
Depending on the program, customers may be able to:
Parents/guardians and adult participants are responsible for keeping account information current and using the Customer Portal when required.
Threaded from Heaven generally follows Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) decisions regarding weather-related school closures.
Because Threaded from Heaven is an independent business, families should always look for a direct communication from Threaded from Heaven before assuming the studio is closed.
Closure announcements and schedule changes may be communicated by email and, for customers who have opted in to text messaging, by text message.
Social media may also be used as an additional source of information, but customers should rely on direct communication from Threaded from Heaven for official closure information.
Unless a specific program or event policy states otherwise, payments are final.
Individual class, program, camp, workshop, and event policies may contain additional cancellation, transfer, or refund requirements.
Students and customers are responsible for their personal belongings while at the studio.
Threaded from Heaven is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items.
We are committed to maintaining a positive environment for students, families, instructors, and staff.
Respectful communication and appropriate behavior are expected from all students, parents, guardians, customers, instructors, and staff.
Threaded from Heaven reserves the right to address behavior or conduct that interferes with the safety, learning experience, or operation of the studio.
Because our programs operate differently, additional policies may apply.
Please review the policy that applies to your registration:
By registering for a class, program, camp, workshop, or event, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the applicable policies.
These policies apply to Threaded from Heaven's ongoing monthly sewing programs, including Kids Learn to Sew, Little Stitchers, Teen Sewing Lab, and other programs designated as Kids & Teen Monthly Programs.
Please read these policies carefully before completing registration.
Our Kids & Teen Sewing Programs are designed as an ongoing learning experience. Students progress through our curriculum while developing sewing skills, confidence, creativity, and independence.
The program follows a 9-month academic calendar from August through May.
Open enrollment may be available throughout the program year based on class availability.
We are happy to offer a registration benefit to families enrolling more than one sibling in our Kids & Teen Monthly Programs.
The first enrolled sibling pays the full $35 annual registration fee. Each additional sibling receives a $20 Sibling Registration Benefit.
Because the registration system processes the registration fee at the time of enrollment, the $20 benefit will be applied as a credit to the family account after the additional sibling's registration is completed.
The credit will remain on the family account and will be applied toward the following month's tuition payment. The credit is not available as cash or an immediate refund.
The Sibling Registration Benefit:
The program operates on a 9-month academic calendar. Rather than collecting the full program tuition at one time, total tuition is divided into nine equal monthly payments.
Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
Tuition is based on enrollment in the program and the reservation of the student's space. It is not based on the number of classes attended during an individual month.
Tuition remains due whether or not a student attends their scheduled class.
Monthly tuition is structured to account for holidays and the academic calendar, allowing families to have a consistent monthly payment.
Families are encouraged to keep a valid payment method securely stored on their customer account.
When automatic payment is selected, tuition will be processed according to the studio's established billing schedule.
If payment is unsuccessful, an invoice or payment notification will be sent.
A $25 late fee will be added to tuition that remains unpaid after the 3rd of the month.
We understand that students occasionally need to miss class.
A missed class does not result in a tuition credit or refund.
Parents/guardians are encouraged to mark their student absent as soon as they know the student will not attend.
Threaded from Heaven provides families with the ability to manage eligible make-up classes directly through the Customer Portal.
If your student will miss their regularly scheduled class:
This system puts parents/guardians in control of scheduling their student's make-up.
Make-up classes are based entirely on availability.
A make-up class is only available when another eligible class has an open seat.
Threaded from Heaven cannot guarantee that an available make-up class will be offered.
If all eligible classes are full, the missed class does not create a tuition credit or refund.
Parents/guardians are responsible for checking the Customer Portal and completing the make-up registration process.
Students may not attend another class as a make-up without completing the required registration.
Make-up classes:
The studio may also offer designated make-up opportunities from time to time based on staffing and availability.
Parents/guardians are encouraged to notify the studio through the Customer Portal when a student will be absent.
Repeated failure to provide notice of absences may be considered an attendance concern when determining eligibility for future enrollment.
Regardless of whether notice is provided, tuition remains due because tuition reserves the student's place in the program.
All tuition payments are final.
We do not provide refunds or tuition credits for:
If Threaded from Heaven cancels a class, the studio will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a make-up opportunity, credit, or refund.
A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required to withdraw from the monthly program.
Because tuition reserves the student's place in the program, families remain financially responsible for tuition during the required 30-day notice period.
Classes and tuition may not be transferred to another student.
Threaded from Heaven reserves the right to require a $150 Re-Enrollment Tuition Deposit before accepting registration for a returning student whose previous enrollment history includes payment, attendance, or account concerns.
This may include:
The Re-Enrollment Tuition Deposit is an advance payment toward tuition and is not an additional program fee or penalty.
When the student remains enrolled through the program year and the account remains in good standing, the $150 deposit will be applied toward the student's final month of tuition.
If the student withdraws without providing the required 30-day written notice or the account otherwise becomes delinquent, the studio may apply the deposit toward outstanding tuition or other amounts owed.
A student may be required to provide a Re-Enrollment Tuition Deposit even if a previous account balance has subsequently been paid in full.
The sewing workbook curriculum contains sewing information, projects, and patterns and is generally used for approximately 9–12 months.
As students advance to another curriculum level, a new workbook may be required.
Each additional curriculum workbook is currently $40.
Parents/guardians are responsible for providing required student supplies.
We encourage students to select fabrics and supplies that reflect their individual creativity.
Threaded from Heaven offers fabric, sewing notions, patterns, and other supplies for purchase.
Students may arrive no more than 5 minutes before their scheduled class.
Students must be checked in through the studio's electronic check-in system.
Students will only be released to individuals authorized on the student's account.
Parents/guardians are responsible for maintaining current authorized pick-up information.

Students are expected to follow all equipment and safety instructions.
Closed-toe shoes are required for sewing classes.
Students are expected to follow instructor directions and all studio safety procedures.
Threaded from Heaven reserves the right to stop an activity if it is determined that continuing would create a safety concern.
Threaded from Heaven offers a variety of camps, seasonal programs, special programs, and creative experiences throughout the year.
Because these programs may have different schedules, staffing requirements, project materials, enrollment limits, and registration terms, specific policies may apply to each individual camp or special program.
Please review the information provided with your specific registration before completing payment.
Registration and payment reserve the student's space in the program.
Program spaces are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Specific payment schedules, deposits, and balance-due dates will be provided with the individual program registration.
Registration fees and payments are non-refundable.
Cancellations, missed classes, missed workshops, missed events, and failure to attend do not qualify for a refund or tuition credit.
Please review your schedule carefully before completing registration. Registration reserves your space in the class, program, or event, and that space may not be available to another customer once registration is completed.
Missed camp or special program days do not qualify for prorated tuition, refunds, or make-up days unless specifically stated in the individual program description.
Transfers
If a program allows registration transfers, requests must be made according to the individual program's stated transfer policy.
